16 dark blue/black, 3”, reversible shoulder sashes worn by officers. Satin with gold trim and fringe. Various offices hand embroidered in gold moiré pattern on the sashes. Worn for special occasions and funerals. A red/white/green circular ribbon used as decoration on bottom.
